Newburgh Again: The City Club 1976

Even at the time these photos were taken (1976), the Newburgh City Club, aka the Culbert House, has been a topic of discussion, as to wheher it should be restored or demolished.

  1. I have always wondered what this building was used for. I think it is wonderful, those huge rounded windows are tremendous. I would love to see what the interior looked like when in use. I think it should be restored. That whole little square could be an art center.
